Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, a coffee shop, and 24-hour reception. I remember how helpful the staff were in guiding me to my destination. I can't wait to come back for Easter!

Great location to use cable cars and if you love china town.
Exaggeratedly expensive breakfast at the hotel.

Great location. The most important destinations can also be reached on foot. And in any case there are various options of public transport
Unfortunately, you need to pay to use the hotel's car park. And it's expensive. It's about 50 bucks a day. It's ridiculous.

I loved its stylish and compact rooms.
The location was unbeatable and fantastic, for example, a shopping plaza was not too far from the hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was spacious.

We had a great time! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the pancakes made from scratch. The modern room was beautifully renovated and so spacious. Plus, the in-room water bottle was a nice touch!

Pancakes and bacon for breakfast by the item.

Hotel in a great location despite the fact that it's on a hill (but in San Francisco it's inevitable). Good restaurant with a very friendly staff. Excellent WiFi. Very comfortable bed.
The shower was warm, the water pressure was not enough. At my request they promptly tried to resolve the problem, but without success.

Would recommend for a weekend pause
Spacious room, convenient location, with a great breakfast arrangement that allowed for picking and choosing items from the buffet, making it much more affordable compared to a preset price, and being a short 20-minute walk from public transportation makes exploring the area easy.

Units with a view. Central heating, a private safe and pay TV were perfect. The location was fantastic, only 5 minutes walk to North Beach.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Family with children should stay here
The staff is amazing, Ray & Christian on the front desk. They knew my name and took great care of us!
Wasn't exactly a bargain but acceptable considering the experience.

The location was fantastic, you can visit Huntington Park by walking. Moreover, it's short walk to all attractions and points of interest as well as the waterfront...
Some people working there were not professional.

amazing access to parks and landmarks in san francisco
i loved my stay, especially the fact that it was just a few steps from top of the mark for fine views and less than a 10-minute walk to grace cathedral, allowing me to enjoy the city's charm without an uphill trek every time.

Perfect location to have the excuse to take the cable car and close to good restaurants and shops in Union Square. Good services, although you have to pay the "urban fee". Excellent shower cabin and wi-fi
Demand of extra payment for rooms in upper floors and with view; by refusing to "up-grade" I was given perhaps the worst of all, nothing similar to the one shown in the photos...Very "soft" bed for our taste, we prefer a firm mattress.
